TotTrackr ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide:

• Baby profile information (name, date of birth, birth weight)
• Tracking data (feeding times and amounts, diaper changes, sleep records, weight entries)
• App preferences and settings

Information We DO NOT Collect:

• We do not collect personal identification information about you (the parent/caregiver)
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or other device data
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools

2. How We Store Your Data

All your data is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit, upload, or store your data on external servers. Your baby's information never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties. Period.

The only way your data leaves your device is if you:

• Use the "Export Data" feature to share reports via email or messaging apps (your choice)
• Enable the optional Premium sync feature (data is encrypted and stored securely on Firebase)

4. Premium Sync Feature (Optional)

If you purchase Premium and enable multi-device sync:

• Your data is encrypted and stored on Google Firebase servers
• Only you and caregivers you explicitly invite can access your data
• We cannot access, view, or use your synced data
• You can disable sync and delete cloud data at any time from Settings

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

• Local data is secured by your device's built-in encryption
• Cloud sync data (Premium) is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We do not store payment information (handled securely by Apple/Google)

6. Children's Privacy

TotTrackr is designed for parents and caregivers to track their baby's care. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app collects only baby care data (feeding, sleep, diapers) provided by adult users.

7. Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app
• Export: Use the "Export Data" feature to get a copy of your tracking data
• Delete: Use "Clear All Data" in Settings to permanently delete all local data
• Cloud Data: Premium users can delete synced data from Settings

8. Third-Party Services

TotTrackr uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / Google Play: For app distribution and payment processing
• Google Firebase (Premium only): For secure data sync between devices

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of information.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification for significant changes

10. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know what data we collect (see Section 1)
• Right to delete data (use "Clear All Data" in Settings)
• Right to opt-out of data sales (we don't sell data, period)

11. International Users

TotTrackr is available worldwide. All data is stored locally on your device. Premium sync data is stored on Google Cloud servers which may be located in various countries. By using Premium sync, you consent to this storage.
