How do I track a feeding?
Tap the "FEED" button on the home screen, select bottle or breast, enter the amount, and tap "Save." It's that simple!
How does the sleep timer work?
Tap "SLEEP" to start the timer when baby falls asleep. The timer runs even if you close the app or your phone goes to sleep. Tap "WAKE" when baby wakes up to automatically save the sleep duration.
Can I edit or delete an entry?
Yes! Go to the "Summary" tab, find the entry you want to change, and swipe left to delete. (Edit feature coming soon!)
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Data & Export → Export Report. Choose CSV (for spreadsheets) or Text (for reading). You can then share it via email or save to your device.
How do I switch between light and dark mode?
TotTrackr automatically follows your phone's theme setting. Change your phone's display settings to switch between light and dark mode.
What is Premium and do I need it?
Premium ($19.99 one-time) adds multi-device sync, unlimited history, multiple babies, and advanced features. The free version includes all core tracking and is perfect for most families. Upgrade if you want to sync data with your partner or caregiver!
How do I sync with my partner?
Sync requires Premium. After purchasing, go to Settings → Premium Sync → Create or Join Profile. Share your Baby ID with your partner, and you'll both see the same tracking data in real-time!
Is my data private and secure?
Yes! All your data stays on your phone. We never see, access, or sell your information. Premium sync data is encrypted and stored securely. Read our

My data disappeared! What happened?
Check if you accidentally used "Clear All Data" in Settings. If you have Premium sync enabled, your data should be backed up in the cloud. If not, data loss may occur if you deleted the app or cleared phone storage. We recommend using Export Data regularly to create backups.
Can I track multiple babies?
Multiple baby profiles require Premium. Free version supports one baby. Perfect for most families, but upgrade if you have twins or want to track a new baby while keeping the first baby's history!
The app crashed or has a bug. What should I do?
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, email us at support@tottrackr.com with details about what happened. Include your phone model and iOS/Android version if possible. We fix every reported bug!
Can I get a refund for Premium?
Purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies. If you're having issues with Premium features, contact us first at support@tottrackr.com and we'll do our best to help!
